Weapon: That ring on his collar, which weighs about 15 lbs. and has an extendable 40-foot cord attached to it. It's more of a ranged weapon than being able to do any real damage.

Info: Neon is a techno-genius, as he will never fail to let those around him know. He knows his way around a computer, and has no difficulty at all figuring out new pieces of technology. However, the flip side of this is that Neon is a nerd of the highest caliber: The kind of kid who gets beat up in elementary school for wearing a pocket protector. He flagrantly overuses "your mom" and "that's what she said" jokes. They're almost a trademark of his.

Also, Neon has an extreme hatred for short jokes. Or, for that matter, anything that could even be remotely mistaken as a short joke. You've been warned.

Background: Neon had a pretty decent childhood: He lived with his mother, father, and younger sister in New York. In his early years, he fixed people's computers and other such things to get some money. After a while though, he found he had a penchant for hacking, and began working secretly for large sums of cash. However, at the age of 17, he was caught, and his parents disowned him. He went to live in California, where he worked at a run-down McDonalds, flipping burgers on the night shift. One fateful night, he was thrown through a portal into a world known as Letalis (As seen in ~InfractusFatality ), where he met, fought, got his ass kicked by, and accompanied Luke Wilson ( [link] ). After the events of Infractus Fatality, Neon wound up living with Luke in Dublin. After an unsuccesful go at the Colosseum, what could be in store for him next?
